THANK YOU!  978-897-3366   TERMS AND CONDITIONS *These service plans are offered exclusively to those customers who purchase ALL their fuel from Dunn Oil Company.    Property owners or landlords of covered systmes are responsible for assuring that all fuel oil is purchased from Dunn Oil Company on automatic delivery.  Failure to maintain satisfactory credit status may terminate this agreement, without refund.  If customer terminates oil service, this policy will terminate simultaneouly with that date and NO REFUNDS will be granted.  ANNUAL TUNE-UP $145.00 (parts not included)  Annual tune-up and inspection Lubricate all motors and bearings (assemblies) Clean or replace fuel pump screen and tank filter Test burner control Check blower fan belt Check nozzle assembly and change nozzle when necessary Check low water cut off switch, expansion tank and glass gauge Vacuum boiler and smoke pipe when necessary Inspect oil tank Seal air leaks around furnace door Outline any energy saving devices available Perform efficiency test and adjust unit for maximum efficiency Includes up to 1 1/2 hours of labor, anything over 1 1/2 hours will be billed out at the hourly rate of $100.00/hour The annual tune-up is also included in Plan B and C with up to 1 1/2 hours of labor coverage.  Any additional labor will be billed out at the hourly rate of 100.00 per hour. UNITS NOT TUNED UP ON A YEARLY BASIS WILL BE BILLED OUT AT $100.00 PER HOUR All work is guaranteed for 30 days against related call-backs.  On summer tune-ups for customers who do not use their systems for hot water will be extended to October 15. BEFORE CALLING FOR SERVICE PLEASE DO THE FOLLOWING: Check your thermostats.  Is it set above room temperature? Check electric switches.  Is emergency switch turned on? Press the reset button.  Press only one time. If burner runs for only a minute and shuts off DO NOT PRESS AGAIN. Examine electric fuses and circuit breakers.  Replace blown fuse with new 15 amp fuse or reset circuit breaker. Check boiler water level (steam systems only).  If the level is low, open the water feed valve until the level is half way up the glass, then close the valve tightly. Check your oil tank; is there oil in it?
